got bad news. Michigan and Indiana have a reciprocal agreement. an employee is taxed in their resident state.
you should have filed form wh-47 with your employer so IN taxes would not have been withheld.
https://www.in.gov/dor/4100.htm you might still owe county tax in Indiana

Full-Year Residents of Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio,
Pennsylvania or Wisconsin
If you were a full-year resident of Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio,
Pennsylvania or Wisconsin, and your only income from Indiana was
from wages, salaries, tips or commissions, then you need to file Form
IT-40RNR, Indiana Reciprocal Nonresident Individual Income Tax
Return.
you will also need to file a full-year Mi resident return. if you had no Mi withholding be prepared to pay penalties.
you also need to change your w/h form with your employer so Mi taxes and In county taxes are withheld.
