I received a notification Tuesday saying my state income will be posted on 4/9/2020 is the 13th 4 days since the 9th and I still have not received anything I contacted SBTPG bank that’s linked to turbo tax they say they did not make the deposit you can’t contact the irs because there phones are off and at this point I’m aggravated and wanna know who deposited the money and where is it

It depends. Be very careful what emails you answer. Sadly, there are bad people wanting to steal taxpayer information by posing as official resources. Typically, if everything is in order, the refunds take 21 days to issue refunds.
