The Colorado state tax form will not load and start

May I get some additional information? Is this for a specific form? Some are not available for e-file within TurboTax. Please respond here for further assistance.

I talked to an agent yesterday on the phone and she was able to effectively download the Colorado state tax return for me.

All is taken care of.

I had to amend my Massachusetts tax return because someone it filed as single instead of head of household. The state rejected the return. I see no option to fix it. SOS
