State tax forms (Arkansas) blank.

After completing a review of state taxes (no errors noted), I looked at the various forms required for filing and I noticed that several forms were blank.  The main Arkansas form AR1000F had no information on it and TurboTax calculated $0 payment due/refund owed.  I find this hard to believe since we have a $5000 per year state tax credit and generally get around a $6-7000 a year refund.  With a lot of forms blank I can't piece together the information I need.  Is there anybody else whose had this issue?  Thanks.

The issue was resolved on 2/27 so I think your program has something stuck in it. Please do the following:

1. Delete the form:
   1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
   2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools
   3. then select  Tools.
   4. In the pop-up window named Tool Center,
   5. choose Delete a form.
   6. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
2. Log out of your return.
3. Try one or more of the following:
   • Don't use Internet Explorer.
   • Clear cookies and cache, instructions on the links.
     • Google Chrome
     • Microsoft Internet Explorer
     • Safari
   • Sign in using a different browser.
   • Sign in using a different device.
4. Log back into your return.
5. Complete AR again.

Well I just purchased Arkansas today - March 3rd -  so if it was fixed 2/27 it still isn't working. All data shows up on the AR info sheet, but nothing is transferred to the state  forms. Since I paid $45 for AR, I feel totally frustrated. And going thru all the steps you recommend is time consuming and again frustrating!

Inv 5227 has been opened regarding the AR form. As for the printing, that may be a different thing. Try this help article.
