state tax filing period closed

im filing old taxes from 2023 state closed filing from turbo tax and I can't find instructions to print or any help with how to get them filed

The only way to finish a 2023 return is to use the downloaded desktop software on a full PC or Mac.  The return will then have to be filed by mail in an envelope.

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
