State Tax Charge of $25 refund because I could not file Federal in Efile

I paid my $25 fee for Efile for Louisiana.  Unfortunately, I could not file Federal, which would not allow me to File State, due to a W2 with a 'Z' code refund on Non-Cap Contributions,

How do I get a refund to my AMEX charge?

You will need to contact TurboTax support and have them remove the charge from your account.  Use the key words Billing Issue
