State refund

Was checking state refund to see when I would receive it they said to allow up to three months needed more information how do I find out what information they need so I can get it moving

you'll get a letter in the mail which will tell you what they need and where to send it or you can call and see if they'll tell you what and where. just go to your state's dept of revenue website to get a number to call. note they may have flagged your return for review but the review process hasn't started so they can't tell you what they'll need if anything
