We are getting the message below when we go to the where’s my refund section on the State of Illinois Department of revenue website. Our electronic return was accepted on February 15. So we are over 10 days out even though they are saying it will take up to seven days. We have already filed our federal return and received our federal refund.
We have double checked and are entering the correct Social Security numbers and also the correct amount of the expected refund.
Anyone else with this issue?
“The information you entered cannot be matched to a tax return in our system. If you filed electronically, please allow up to seven days from the date you submitted your return for it to be logged into our system. If you mailed your return, please allow up to ten weeks from the mailing date for it to be logged into our system.”

Since the return is showing accepted within Turbo Tax, it would be best to reach out to the state tax department for them to look into the return.
You can contact them by selecting your state here.
