State e-file

I tried to e-file my state taxes. After multiple attempts to pay the fee to e-file state, I was finally able to complete the payment. However instead of continuing to the next screen to file my state taxes, it took back to the payment screen. So now I've been charged $26, and still unable to file my Ohio State taxes. 

I tried calling the customer service number and the prompts were not helpful.

Someone needs to fix this!
