SSA 1099 to the sate

Do I need to send a copy of my SSA 1099 to the State? I was only sent one form and is written on the form that it is my personal copy and not to send it to IRS or SSA.

Not to state.  Only a copy to the IRS if it shows withholding taken out on it.  And only if you are mailing your tax return.

Thanks for your quick response I have a different question now, I am planning to mail my Federal returns in and on the instructions for my Federal returns it not asking for a copy of my SSA 1099

No do not send the SSA-1099 to the federal.  If they want a copy later they will ask for it.
