I received $13,485 in Social Sec Benefits of which $11462 are taxable. I am unsure of the amount if any that needs to go my state return. I live in CT but work in RI. I believe it should only go on CT taxes but am not 100% sure.

Connecticut taxes up to 25% of Social Security benefits for taxpayers with adjusted gross income at least $75,000 (or $100,000 for married taxpayers filing jointly). Since you live in CT, your benefits would only be taxable to CT.
