I am a international student, and need to file 8843 form. I selected the E-file, but there was no option for Form 8843. Should I mail the 8843 form separately?

Should I mail the 8843 form by itself or with the whole tax package together? I have already done the e-file.

Since you have already e-filed, you should not mail the entire tax package - you will confuse the IRS.  Mail the 8843 separately with a letter explaining why you are doing so.
