Sending a tax return to arkansas

Am having trouble sending my Arkansas tax return to Arkansas

Why?  Do you need the address to mail it?  Or is your e-file being rejected?

I found these addresses:

  I tried exploring the Arkansas tax web site--it is possibly the worst tax site I have ever seen.
