I'm living with my mom to take care of her in her town, but my permanent address is in another and rest of family is living there. Who do I pay school taxes? Where everyone lives or Mom's city? or both?

School taxes

You pay the school taxes for Ohio in the district where you live on a permanent basis, so you will  pay not to your mother's district.
