Schedule 3 Issue blocking my efile

<P>I am super frustrated by this. The numbers are the same yet Turbo Tax has calculated a different number. WHY? How do I fix this? The instructions ARE NOT CLEAR!!!!</P>

Will the irs reject me efile if someone unlawfully claimed my children on their return? HR Block said wait another 21 days an then re efile so I did.

TT tells me box can't be blank, but then tells me it should be 0.
