SC 1040 Line D

The Line d on the South Carolina 1040 is for Interest income on obligations of states and political subdivisions other than South Carolina.

 

TurboTax will take the amounts from the federal return that are not identified as SC income for the state return.  This may be from your 1099-B or Schedule K-1.
