S-Corp - New Jersey- CBT-100S, P13; PT V, col E must be entered for electronic filing

I am trying to submit my S-Corp final taxes through TurboTax Business desktop software.  I closed my corporation so this is final tax return. I am unable to file electronically as I am getting error - "CBT-100S, P13; PT V, col E must be entered for electronic filing".   On CBT 100s, Page 13, Part V header says "Summary of Resident Share holder' pro rate shares". Right now, the filed under column E is blank and I am unable to enter any value in this field. So, I am stuck.

I had the same thing with Col D on that form.  Right click on the field and select "Override" from the menu.  I found it by accident.
