Remote work for company in GA and PA while residing in FL

I had 1099 income paid by companies in GA and PA (less than #5,000) each this past year performing consulting services. These were provided entirely remotely. I am a resident of FL. Do I need to file a state income tax return in GA and PA? Thank you!

If you did not live or work in Georgia or in Pennsylvania at any time in 2023 you do not file a 2023 state tax return in either state.
