Regarding California LLC formed Nov 2020, Form 568, EIN, Tax year 2020, Single Member LLC (SMLLC) questions

The last line of this post appear to be incorrect it states:

"Form 568 is your Limited Liability Company Return of Income tax return that is due by April 15th of each tax year assuming you are using a calendar year end."

If you review the California FTB site -https://www.ftb.ca.gov/file/when-to-file/due-dates-business.html

You will see that 568 forms are due by March 15 not  April 15.

This is not new.. It  has always been  March 15

I went through my entire return in TurboTax Home and Business 2020, but I can't find Form 568. Yes, I have filled out everything about my business including the name, LLC name, EIN, etc like I do every year. How do I find and print Form 568?

Really appreciate help with this as I am stuck. For whatever reason FTB claims and has sent me a notice that they received my annual tax but did not receive the Return (Form 568).

On my 2022 tax return, my 568 shows up under 'Forms', 'California Forms', 'Sch C Wks', 'Form 568 p 1-2'.

@ToddL99  This is awesome! Thank you so much for the detailed guidance. I was stuck big times even after getting to create Form 568 as it was showing blank. Crazy! Your instructions helped me create one as I needed to print one out and send it to FTB. Another strange thing I am seeing is that even after selecting Form 568 p 3-5 and following the steps, when printing Form 568, it never includes pages 4-7. It only prints pages 1-3 and the smart worksheet. I was able to somehow include page/side 7, but could never print 4-6.
