What happens when you delete the form? If it keeps returning, the program believes you need it.
A simple way to delete forms in TurboTax online is to use the Tax Tools menu option, which is on your left menu bar when you are working in your program. Then, choose Tools and then Delete a form.
If you are working in the download TurboTax program, use the Forms Mode on your menu bar to bring up the form you want to delete, then choose the Delete Form option at the bottom of the form.
Attempting to delete the form doesn't do anything. The list of forms reappears unchanged.
You should be able to print out your return if you are ready to file it. Look on the Schedule S and see if there is an entry on it anywhere. That may help you understand what is causing it to be generated.
All I can do is preview the form, which looks empty. There's a note about the form not being finalised yet, but I don't know why that matters if the things it covers don't apply to me.
If you are receiving a message that the form is not finalized yet, then your return will not process until the form is available. It may not be a part of the computations but for whatever reason, it is needed for processing the return, then you will have to wait until that form has been updated in TurboTas. Please try again in a few days to submit your return.
