When will NJ Tax forms be ready to submit to state?

Now it's ironic, but the state form NJ-DOP is the issue.

NJ is full of DOPES ! The state is having a problem  releasing the DOP form !

How appropriate !

Like I said in previous posts ...  Pathetic !
