I am trying to e-file a Vermont return with the Homestead Declaration (HS-122) attached. The taxpayer owns a home and is filling out for the property tax credit. After going through the HS-122 step-by-step, the interview then begins asking me to fill out the RCC-146 form, rather than end the interview. I manually removed the form before e-filing, but my file was still rejected as that form was "missing."

I get the same message and my return is not accepted. I clicked the box that I own my property, I don't rent. Sounds like Turbo Tax need to fix their software.
TurboTax fixed it!
