I live in Utah and work in Idaho. Married filing jointly. Wife worked in Utah and paid UT income taxes. My W2 shows no Idaho income tax withheld for me. I did not work in Utah. Do I pay Idaho income taxes for wages I earned in Idaho, not sure what I do with Utah income taxes, only my wifes portion? I did not work in UT. Its saying I owe taxes in Idaho and Utah during my tax calculations.

This should prompt the allocation of income in both states. Both returns will ask what part of the federal income is sourced in that state, so you can divide the income.
Then, your Utah return should ask if you paid taxes in another state and should have the amount of tax for Idaho but you may also enter that there if it is not showing.
You pay ID as a non-resident and get a credit in UT Do ID first.
