TurboTax submission to Massachusetts was incomplete!

I received a notice of a levy from the State on 6/20/23 for underpayment of estimated taxes. I called the state and they never received my M-2210 form from TurboTax! I have it in my saved copy! Why wasn't it filed!

Turns out there is a small checkbox at the end of MA Form 1. Unfortunately, after my file has been accepted, there appears to be NO way for me to change this, even if I select the Amend option!  Gag!
