Turbo Tax Business 2021 California Form 565 will not let me e-file

I have Turbo Tax Business 2021 as a download from Costco.

I am trying to file the return for California and Form 565, Question G, "Total assets at end of year must be entered for electronic filing".  The program will not let me type any number.  I do not have any assets, but it will not let me enter zero or any amount.  I tried to fill out Schedule L and that did not work either, with zero or any amounts.  Another community member, russq, with "TurboTax Business 2021: Bug with California Form 565 (General Partnership)" did not receive an answer with his question.

Is there a Bug with CA State 1065 / Form 565?
