That means that you are agreeing to let the refund go through a third party where the TurboTax fee is taken and the remainder of the refund is directed to you.

The "offset" is the TurboTax fee.

So if we so not have an offset than it's just the Turbo Fees we elected to have taken out?

But when I elected to use this service, it was free. Nothing indicated that I was being charged.

That's absolutely incorrect.

203 offset code is for student loans, state, other federal agencies. It is not for turbotax fees at all.

No, the 203 code is specifically for offsets by federal, state, and other agencies.

I went to the phone number listed and chose option 2 and option one neither one of them are saying that I have an offset I might not understand why I'm getting this code

It may not ring true. However. Thousands of us with PATH updated to 203 yesterday am. All of us had fees taken by turbo tax. None of us owe crud! Can't. No loans. No child support. Dont own a car. Don't pay rent. Etc.

So wtf. Im scared. But i pray 🙏 and i know in my heart whatever happens happens. If anyone needs an ear or is also very scared right me on instagram. My ig @Logiebyyoga

Will the refund still come on the ddd?

Tax Year Prior to 2020: Tax Topic 203 Is Showing What Does That Means ?

Hey sis @Honeysweet504

The best part of this other than the small amount was they confirmed both $43.00 offsets would be deducted on "FEBRUARY TWENTY 6 2020" I believe in my heart that yes...but have u found ur offset? It WILL be there. Its NOT turbotax. For me again, was 2 VA pffsets for my husband. 16 hrs of panic. Over $97.00. Wow.
