Tax return done wrong

I received a letter from the state of Oregon saying that I owed for a refund that was done thru turbo tax they said that there was an error by turbo tax how does it get resolved

Tax return done wrong

most errors are not TT's but due to incorrect user input.    however, you can file an accuracy claim with TT
