All the TurboTax state programs and the 2019 supported forms for each state are available.

What problem are you having the the state forms and which state are you referring to?

The North Carolina Individual Income Tax Return Form D-400 is not yet available for e-filing.  It is estimated to be available on 02/24/2022

Assuming you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can request an update by following these steps:

1. Click Online from the top of the screen
2. Click check for updates
3. Click okay to save your tax return
4. Run update and restart software
