i did my federal and state tax with turbo for one i entered the correct data based on the IRS website on the stimulus but i was still deducted a huge amount.  second i haven’t received my state ???

Your Federal and State are two separate agencies.  Each issue refunds on their time line.  You should get a letter from the IRS explaining the change they made to your return which resulted in a lower refund.  The letter will also give you information on what to do if you don't agree.
