Same issue on Deluxe. Spent 4 hours on phone with TT tech reps, uninstalling and reinstalling several versions of 2019 TT Deluxe to no avail. Was assured my case would be kept open until resolved. Received an email this morning saying my case has been closed! I am not a happy camper but at least now I see others are experiencing the same issue with Md State software download into TT. Armed with this info, I am calling TT back! Thanks!
