State of California has extended filing and payment date to July 15, 2020. Your TT Deluxe does not let me set up an electronic payment date after April 15, 2020.

TurboTax is working on changing the due date in the program. In the meantime, you can select to pay by mail and just wait to pay until the extended due date of July 15, 2020. You will not be penalized for doing so. You can make an electronic payment by clicking this IRS link.
