Yes. If you received no income while you were visiting NJ then you do not need to file a NJ tax return. You will just file a PA return for the income you received in PA in 2022.
Yes. If you were temporarily in New Jersey, then you remain a Pennsylvania resident. If had had no NJ income, you do not have to file a NJ return.
