Pending status for days?

I filed my taxes on Saturday 2/13/21. The federal was accepted within hours. It is now 5 days later and state is still showing pending. I have done 4 other family members taxes and they have all been accepted within a few hours of e-filing both federal and state except for me. I don't understand after 5 days why state is still pending. I am starting to get alarmed or worried that something didn't go through correctly. They haven't been accepted or rejected just been at pending the whole time. Was wondering what I should do or how long I should wait before contacting someone. Thank you in advance for your help
