Out of State Minnesota Partnership

I have an out of state apartment partnership in Minnesota.  2019 was the first year and the property had more depreciation than distribution.  I filed a federal K1 (Form1065) to track the depreciation.  The depreciation on the federal K1 and the Minnesota KPI are exactly the same.  Do I need to file a Minnesota tax return as well?

Thanks

I would strongly suggest filing a Minnesota return if you receive income for the property.
