nonqualifed plan exclusion

my w-2 in box 11 shows $21000 in nonqualified plan, is that amount excluded from NYS income.  If so where do I enter the amount on the NYS return.

You will need to enter the exclusion directly on the NYS return, line 29 of the IT-201. You'll need to switch over to Forms mode in TurboTax Desktop to do this.
