Need a checkbox to include ALL capital gains/losses. I have hundreds of sales from mutual funds and ETF's and must go through and check each one as to EXCLUDE. Laborious!!! Premier Desktop

Are you an Iowa resident? How, exactly, did hundreds of sales get transferred from your federal return to your Iowa return?
Texas resident. I have a Schwab ETF "Intelligent Fund" that makes numerous ETF sales /purchases. Each one of these transferred to the Iowa return individually in addition to capital gains/losses from my K-1's. I went to Forms and just marked them all as exclude. Fastest way. I did 14 other state returns primarily for LLC partnerships and didn't have thus happen
another approach :
e-File Federal only. Print a copy for your records.
Then go in and delete the imported transactions.
Review your Iowa state return, the capital gains/losses should be gone.
If not, delete the Iowa return and redo it.
