Interest income from US Treasury bonds is exempt from Minnesota tax, but I cannot figure out how to enter it as a subtraction on my Minnesota return. Help please?

if you enter it in box 3 of the 1099-int the state adjustment should be automatic.  just make sure you don't also enter the zzzzzUS Interest in box 1
