Im an IHSS provider

I just started as a IHSS provider for my sister she lives with me, before this i always claimed her as a dependent along with my son ( he is currently 6 years old). Therefore i cannot get Child Tax Credit (CTC) for my son?? Or claim her as a dependent?? Please help
