If i live and work in NC but received a 1099 NEC from a company in SC, do I need to file a non-resident SC return?

I am a contract worker and do all work in NC even if companies are outside of NC.

@swim-legobrickmaster you report the income where you work or reside; where the employer is located has no bearing on the situation.  File in NC only,
