I was emailed that a form was now ready to fill out, once logged in, I do not see anything regarding this form.

The notification about the available form may not appear as a message when you sign in.

Click on the "magnifying glass Search" icon on the top row, enter "Form [number]" and hit Enter or Return, and then look for a "Jump to Form [number]" link.
