I have been a resedent of North Carolina the whole year. Not part time resident

When you are going through the North Carolina questionnaire, you can change your residency. Here's how:

While in your Tax Home,
Select State,
Select Continue by North Carolina,
You will get a screen that asks if North Carolina was your state of residence all year, answer Yes.
