I CANNOT delete the Form MI-2210 from my account.

This form is not being deleted from my account. There was some kind of bug in the system that thought I had owed but then didn't - because I don't. Now, I can't delete the form. I do not want to submit it at all since there's no reason at all to do so.

I went to Tax Tools > Tools > Delete a Form > Selected the form to delete, it told me it was deleted but it is still there. I even tried logging out and back in.

If you don't owe any penalties then that form won't be submitted with your return whether it is there or not.  So I wouldn't worry about it.

Sorry but doesn't work for me. Bug still has me update the form for no reason on review and says I owe an exorbitant amount in Michigan taxes which there's no possible way I owe that much - over $1,000. Goodbye Turbo Tax, so long. Switching over to H&R block ☮️

Are you working in the desktop program or on the internet?

I used both the online program as well as the desktop program and was unable to duplicate your error.  Since the 2210 is still generating a penalty for you can you please give some more information on what you entered originally that made the program think that you owed money?
