How to disolve an S corp in state of California?  Can you do that by yourself easily?  to incorporate a corp is difficult but to disolve it is easy right ?

How to disolve an S corp in state of California?

Can I assume that just open FTB page on how to disolve corp.  and file in the papers ? right?
