If you are asking whether a landscape architect is considered a personal service business like a doctor, lawyer, engineer, architect, or etc., you should use your best judgement to answer that.  However, my interpretation is that your work would not be considered to be a personal service business like those other professions and you would qualify to use the reduced tax rate for your SC business.
