How do I file form 8962 for the tax year 2019 on turbo tax

You enter your 1095-A and TurboTax generates the 8962.

I wasn't prompted any where  in your menu to enter my 1095-A.

If you received a 1095-A, please follow these steps to enter the information into TurboTax:

1. Log into TurboTax and click on any topic to continue
2. Click on Federal from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Click on "Deductions & Credits" at the top, scroll down to "Medical" and click on "Show More"
4. Click on "Start" or "Revisit" to the right of "Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)"
5. Click on "Yes" and then "Continue"
6. Enter the information from your 1095-A
