Filing State Non Resident

I moved from Montana in December 2018 to Oregon and did not get my MT state tax allotment stopped until February 2019.  How do I file non resident for MT to receive a refund?

File a non-resident return showing you did not live there, made no money there, but did pay taxes there. Montana will refund the money.

Your W2 should show Montana withholdings. The program will transfer that into the state for you. Just go through and answer.
