You will have to complete a part year resident tax return for each state before you will know if you have taxes owed or a tax refund from those states.

Each of the Turbotax state interviews requires you to allocate your income to each state.  In some cases, that allocation is by the state abbreveation (either AR or IL)  in box 15 of your W-2(s).
