I tried e-filing the Louisiana Partnership for another LLC and got the same error message. It looks like a bug that needs correcting. We have until May 15 to find a solution e-filing this return.
Getting the same thing. But isn't the deadline 3/15?
I transmitted the Fed return separately with no problem.
The LA State return, however, still did not work when I tried to transmit alone.
It is definitely a bug in the LA SW.
The Federal Return is due 3/15/2020, but the Louisiana Partnership is due 5/15/2020.

I am having the same problem for my federal. I am in CA.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, go into forms mode and look at the list on the left.
Click where there are red exclamations and see if you can find the source of the error.
I believe the agency ID should be two characters.
Thanks for the suggestion, but there are no red exclamation marks next to any of my LA (or Fed) forms in Turbotax.
This is a bug Turbotax needs to fix ASAP.
They seem to be ignoring it.
Today I updated TurboTax for Business (it is automatic for me)
There was an update for the Louisiana Partnership Return which game me hope.
Software up to date
Then I checked my Federal and State forms and had not Red Exclamation points.

Then I attempted to e-file the return to the State. Again, it was not successful with the same error message.
Again, the e-file failed. So was not a solution.
TurboTax has a BUG AND THE USERS WITHIN LOUISIANA NEED A FIX. PLEASE HELP. ALSO, IT SEEMS THAT TURBOTAX HAS GIVEN US NO WAY TO REPORT A BUG. PERHAPS SOMEONE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY CAN GIVE US A WAY TO COMMUNICATE THIS ISSUE DIRECTLY TO THE CODERS THAT CAN SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

Hi, tried that, still not working. Same result. I've tried literally everything recommended on this thread.
No red !, all updates installed, nothing.
