Does anyone know what form I use to recover state taxes because I have worked in Washington all year due to Covid. but paid Oregon income tax?

I live in Washington but work for an Oregon business. Due to Covid I have been working from home most of the year. I understand that this work in not taxable in Oregon because I worked in Washington. Need to file a form to recover taxes paid to Oregon

You will need an OR Form 40N.
