Do I need to report Utah Use Tax at the Sate filing section?

I don't see the place for reporting Utah Use Tax at the State filing section.

To report Utah Use Tax, there will be a screen in your Utah State return that references Out of State Purchases. if you did not pay Utah Sales Tax on these purchases.  This is referred to as Utah Use Tax. Here is what the screen will look like. When you press yes, it will ask for the information regarding these purchases.
